Planet Financial Group, LLC provides a secure FTP solution that enables users to securely transfer critical files between both internal and external users.  This system is to be used by authorized personnel only.  Users may not share their FTP login credentials and should take all reasonable efforts to avoid accidental disclosure of login credentials.  Any machine, personal or otherwise, that connects to the FTP site is considered an extension of the company and is subject to the same rules and acceptable use policy that cover company-owned equipment.  Access to this FTP site and the information on it are lawfully available only for approved purposes by employees of Planet Financial Group, LLC, its subsidiaries and other users authorized by Planet Financial Group, LLC or its subsidiaries.  Individuals using this FTP site are subject to having all activities monitored and recorded by system personnel.  Anyone using this FTP site expressly consents to such monitoring. Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action which may include termination of employment, and/or civil liability and criminal prosecution.  Users advised that if such monitoring reveals possible evidence of criminal activity, system personnel may provide the evidence of such monitoring to law enforcement officials.”
